Exclusively for birth workers that are on Latte Love’s Birth-worker List. Doulas will pay a nominal fee to Latte Love upon client signing a contract. Potential clients will get access to a list of doulas that match their basic criteria: *service area, experience level, budget, and most importantly, available for their due date. Latte Love hopes that this will address the issue many women face in hiring birth worker: finding Available birth workers who meets their *needs. This also helps birth workers identify demographics where their services are needed.

Nearly 20% of women experience violence during pregnancy, with pregnant adolescents and women with unintended pregnancies at an increased risk. Because of this many women labor and birth alone. Latte Love's goal is to provide at least 2 moms annually at no charge with pregnancy, birth and postpartum support.

A Special Service for Early childhood education & Care centers. Returning to work is a common reason for stopping breastfeeding or for a drop in milk supply. Latte Love provides a service to ECE centers that will assist the director in developing policies that encourage and support continued breastfeeding for enrolled families and staff members. Latte Love will assist in complying with federal guidelines under The Federal Break Time for Nursing Mothers law that requires employers covered by the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) to provide basic accommodations for breastfeeding mothers at work. This special service provides: an interactive staff training, that teaches feeding & CDC handling guidelines as well as how to provide an overall "breastfeeding friendly" environment
